Finding the Flag

American flags are everywhere, but we see so many that we often don't notice their presence. These images are of flags that I ran across in my everyday life. I often realized too late that I had missed a flag.

Camera Obscura Room

 The process:
1.Cover a window in black trashbags so that there are no light leaks
2. Cut a small hole in the bags. The smaller the hole thee more sharp the image, but the darker it will be
3. Hang a white sheet in the room for the image to be projected on
4. Turn the lights off and watch the magic

The Result:
The image is inverted because the light from the whole travels in a straight line. Set up the camera and take a long exposure of the room to get a clearer and brighter image.
